JIANG Congyi is one of China’s most important contemporary female artists.
Her works are held in private collections in the USA, Switzerland, Singapore, The
Netherlands, Germany, Hong Kong and China. Her exposure among important art
circles worldwide has been ongoing since 1984, and she has been an on-going
feature of contemporary art fairs, including Art Basel Miami, Art Forum Berlin and
important group and solo exhibitions, including the “Chinese Female Artists of the
20th Century” held at the National Art Museum of China. Since 2006, the artist
has a history of auction records with major international auction houses, including
Sotheby’s.
